First start with your jar ofSal’s Red Gravyand heat it up for about 5 minutes on your stove top until warm, I like using a cast iron but any pan that’s oven safe is fine.
Once the sauce is warm, crack your eggs into the warm sauce and crumble the goat cheese over the top.
Put into a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
While the eggs are in the oven grill your sourdough bread on a skillet with teaspoon of olive oil.
When the eggs are done, season with 1 teaspoon of Sal’s Sicilian seasoning and drizzle a little more olive oil on top.
Sprinkle the top with chopped basil and your delicious meal is ready!
